Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States with free standard tracked shipping and no minimum purchase threshold.
How long does delivery take?
Orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time begin processing according to our normal schedule. Orders are normally handled in 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, and spend an estimated 5–8 business days in transit, for a total estimate of 6–11 business days.
Are the products identical?
Natural grain and small surface variations can occur from piece to piece.
Are these products verified for direct food contact?
No. Food-contact suitability and surface finish have not been verified. Do not place unpackaged food directly against a product surface unless a specific product page is later updated with supporting evidence and an express statement.
Can I return an item?
Eligible new and unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please review our Return Policy or contact support before mailing a return.
