Refund policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, and returned with original packaging and any included tags or components.

How to request a return

Email support@buyzaus.com before mailing an item. Returns are accepted by mail within the United States.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order details. For an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, buyzaus provides a return label and covers return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible non-defective returns, including a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return label and return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Eligible unused items may be exchanged when replacement inventory is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund to the original payment method or another available item.

Fees and refunds

There is no restocking fee. After an eligible return is received and inspected, allow 3–5 business days for merchant processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks or payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
